Terms of Service

The service
FullToss provides structured information derived from publicly available government records, intended to help companies in the crushing equipment industry understand upcoming demand. Access is by subscription under a written agreement that sets out the states, categories and number of users covered.
What the information is — and is not
FullToss identifies signals that a project may be underway. It does not guarantee that any company will make a purchase, that any record is complete or current, or that any opportunity will result in a sale. Records are as accurate as the public filings they are drawn from, and those filings can be late, amended or withdrawn. You are responsible for verifying information before acting on it.
Use of the service
A subscription is for use by the subscriber’s own staff. You may not resell, republish or redistribute the information, share sign-in details, or use automated means to extract the service beyond the export features provided. Where an export is unlimited, it remains subject to this restriction.
Accounts
You are responsible for the actions taken under your organisation’s accounts. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available and refreshed nightly, but sources change and outages happen. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that any particular source will remain available.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, FullToss is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the information, from inaccuracies in public records, or from unavailability of the service. Our total liability under a subscription is limited to the fees paid for the current subscription term.
Termination
Either party may end a subscription at the end of its term. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Changes
We will update this page when the terms change and note the date above. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the updated terms.
